Matt Bernardy graduated from the University of Washington in 2007 and quickly ascended to the role of Social Media Marketing Manager at Microsoft. Today, he posted an article on The Huffington Post that details his three tips to becoming a social media rockstar.

"As the Social Media Marketing Manager for Windows Digital and Interactive Marketing, my job is to help our marketing and PR teams think about new ways of engaging customers. I've spent some time in sales, Your speaking at a higher level of audience (global tech) but most of us need advice at a low scale.. It's always good to "think big" it's like giving yourself power of suggestion, you think hard enough about a situation or something you want to happen "It will happen" If you truly believe in yourself an the product you want to sell you will do great! but you must have follow through! an you have to see where you want you and your company to go! seeing is believing.. I could tell anyone how to make $10.00 turn into $500 in one day! but if you don't believe me, or believe in yourself then it won't happen.
