    Hi Omid - visit www.microsoft.com/careers for a listing of all of our open roles. If any match your interest - apply! Recruiters are reviewing resumes daily from those that apply in our career site.

    Our career site adds new roles frequently so in the past, we use to recommend that job seekers check back often. However if you join the talent network which I discussed on this blog posting - you can get an email with updates on new openings. Definitely consider joining - it's a great way to keep up to date as new positions become available:)

    They are in synch - right now they are scrapped daily from our career website. We are working on a new feature that will update real time - that should be coming soon. But all in all - it should have the same opportunities.
