Whatever if MS is not hiring anyway! The job offers are cycled again and again. And even if they appear there's like "Admin-Coder-Tester-10-year-experience" types.

Microsoft is hiring - all roles in our careers site are openings that are available at this time. The site updates daily - so definitely check in every once in awhile. There are entry level roles in addition to roles that require more experience, but it varies from location by location due to needs. Right now - there are more SR level and Managment level roles opened in Europe. That is likely due to the fact that it takes a longer time to find the right candidate since they tend to be more specific.

We just recruited pretty heavily in Paris and Oslo for entry level to SR SDET roles and the candidates we hired had a variety of experience. Some college candidates and some with a few years under their belt.

Let me know if you have specific questions - I know that right now Ireland/Zurich/Germany/Paris/UK all have openings at this time. Not all of these places will have entry level roles, but some do now and some will become available throughout the year.

Thanks and good luck in your job search!
