Ah, it may not be glamorous and hip, but you can't beat the awesome 80s music of the Microsoft conference calling system. Now if only there was a video of BillG boogieing down to this music ... because you know he has. :)

My first conference I dialed in "just a bit too early" (ok about 15 minutes!) and had to wait longer than the norm.
I mean what do you do?
You certainly can't crank up "Alice Cooper" and start wailing to "Schools Out". What would "the Leader" think when he picks up?
